Company seeks an experienced Help Desk Technician that possess great interpersonal skills and technical aptitude. This person will work closely with users and other IT professionals. The successful candidate will be part of an IT support team that is responsible for handling calls from users and providing resolutions to technical problems/issues. Hands on support of hardware and software developments as directed by a full-time CASL IT staff. Provide direct customer support to complete user requests and troubleshoot user problems. Track and update requests via web-based helpdesk system and resolved.

1-2 years of relevant experience in desktop hardware and software support. Holds an active and current National Security Clearance.

Experience:2-4 years relevant experience in hands-on-support of desktop and server operations and associated software.Holds an active and current National Security Clearance (level to be determined by project requirements)

Responsibility:Performs IT assignments as part of the Coordinator team.This position is involved in the planning organizing and developing of technical projects.This position requires a level of independent understanding and application of networking practices, technical theory and a knowledge.

Education:Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related technical discipline.
